初中寄宿生師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀及其教育對(duì)策 趙蘭蘭 安徽師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 二 ○ 一四 年 四 月 本論文經(jīng)答辯委員會(huì)全體委員審查，確認(rèn)符合安徽師范大 學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文質(zhì)量要求。 答辯委員會(huì)簽名: 主席:(工作單位、職稱) 王傳旭（安徽廣播電視大學(xué)教授） 委員: 丁園園胡榮華方雙虎龍文祥葛明貴 導(dǎo)師:桂守才 初中寄宿生師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀及其教育對(duì)策 摘要 古今中外關(guān)于師生關(guān)系的研究不勝枚舉，研究成果頗豐，師生關(guān)系在 教育教學(xué)過程中的重要性不言而喻。目前，針對(duì)寄宿生師生關(guān)系的具體 研究不多，在寄宿制辦學(xué)模式不斷發(fā)展壯大的今天，對(duì)寄宿生師生關(guān)系 的一系列問題需要我們?nèi)ミM(jìn)行新的探索和深化研究，但從對(duì)寄宿制學(xué)校 研究的總體狀況來看，寄宿生身上仍有很多問題亟待解決。研究主要涉 及兩個(gè)概念：寄宿生和師生關(guān)系，寄宿生在本研究中就是指寄宿制學(xué)校 的學(xué)生；師生關(guān)系則是以教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)為前提和目的的復(fù)雜人際關(guān)系。 本文在對(duì)初中寄宿生師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，探索了師生之間 出現(xiàn)問題的深層次原因，結(jié)合研究的結(jié)果分析，試圖從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè) 角度找到緩解教師和學(xué)生之間關(guān)系問題的方法和教育對(duì)策，以期通過二 者的協(xié)同努力構(gòu)建出積極發(fā)展的、新型的初中寄宿生師生關(guān)系。 本研究主要結(jié)論如下： （1）初中寄宿生的師生關(guān)系狀況總體較好，但有近十分之一的學(xué)生 的師生關(guān)系較為緊張； （2）初中寄宿生師生關(guān)系在性別、年級(jí)、學(xué)校所在地上都存在顯著 的差異，并且女生好于男生，初一、初二年級(jí)好于初三，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)好于城市。 （3）寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生與非寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生在師生關(guān)系上也存在顯 著的差異，且寄宿生好于非寄宿生。 關(guān)鍵詞：初中寄宿生；師生關(guān)系；教育對(duì)策 I The Status of the Teacher-Student Relationship of the Junior Middle School Boarders and Educational Advices Abstract There are a lot of studies of the relationship between teachers and students at all times and in all places, and its research results is rich. We all know that the relationship between teachers and students in the education teaching process is very important. At present, the relationship between teachers and students of boarders dont have many specific studies. Along with the continuously development of boarding schools today, we should take new exploration and do deeper research about a series of problems between teachers and students of boarders. Our researchers still have a lot of problems about boarders that need to be solved from the perspective of the overall status of research on boarding schools. The study mainly involves two concepts, boarders and the relationship between teachers and students. Boarders is the students who come from boarding schools in this study.
