However, this definition of health has not been fully accepted.

然而，對健康的這種定義并沒有被人們完全接受。

Some people do not think that for undeveloped countries and for poor people this definition of health is not realistic.

一些人認(rèn)為這對于發(fā)展中國家或者一些窮人來說并不現(xiàn)實(shí)。

According to this definition, many people there would not be considered healthy.

按照這個定義，很多人都打不到健康的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Furthermore, it is difficult to determine scientifically who is or is not healthy.

而且，要從科學(xué)的角度來判定誰是健康的誰是不健康的很難做到。

It is also difficult to determine when a person becomes ill.

要判斷一個人是否生病也很困難。

A person's concept of health is important.

人們理解健康的概念很重要。

For example,an adult with hypertension does have a documented disease process,

比如，有高血壓的成年人的病歷中可能會有就診記錄，

but, if the condition is being controlled with diet, exercise or medicine, the patient may feel healthy and not feel any change in functioning.

但是如果通過控制飲食、鍛煉或者藥物加以控制，病人可能會感覺自己是健康的，身體的機(jī)能也沒有受到影響。

Therefore, a patient's concept of health is very important to the nurse.

因此，病人對健康概念的理解對于護(hù)士來說很重要。

It will help the nurse to reach nursing goals.
