摘要： 作為一類出色的天然抗氧化劑,茶多酚的保健功能研究一直是國內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。本文介紹了近年來流行病學(xué)研究和臨床研究在茶多酚對癌癥、心血管疾病、神經(jīng)退行性疾病、皮膚疾病等多種疾病的防治功能的最新發(fā)現(xiàn)。同時(shí),簡單分析了我國利用茶多酚開發(fā)保健食品的現(xiàn)狀,并從進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮茶多酚保健功能的角度對茶多酚保健食品開發(fā)進(jìn)行了的展望。

Abstract: As a great natural antioxidant, tea polyphenols (TP) and its health function has been one of hot-topic studies at home and abroad. This paper reviewed the new outcomes of epidemiological and clinical studies on tea and health, which including prevention and treatment of cancers, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and other diseases by TP. Meanwhile the current development and prospects on healthy foods of TP were also mentioned.
