精神分裂癥住院患者社交技能訓練效果初步評估【摘 要】目的：評估精神分裂癥住院患者社交技能訓練的效果。方法：應用自行編制的社交技能訓練手冊，對32位符合國際疾病和相關(guān)健康問題第10版（International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems.Tenth Revision,ICD-10）精神分裂癥診斷標準的穩(wěn)定期住院患者實施12次訓練，為期4周，隨訪6個月。分別于訓練前、訓練結(jié)束時、訓練后3個月和6個月評定社交技能量表(Social Skills Checklist,SSC)和社會適應能力評定量表(Social Adaptive Functioning Evaluation,SAFE)。結(jié)果：與訓練前比較，SSC和SAFE總分在訓練結(jié)束時、訓練后3個月和6個月均有顯著下降；在以上3個評定時點上，SSC 12個條目中分別有8個、11個和10個條目得分顯著下降，SAFE的 19個條目中分別有7個、14個和16個條目得分顯著下降，差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.01）。結(jié)論：應用自行編制的社交技能訓練手冊對精神分裂癥住院患者進行社交技能訓練，可提高患者的社交技能和社會適應能力，效果延續(xù)至訓練后6個月。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 社交技能訓練；精神分裂癥；住院患者；隨訪 中圖分類號： R749.305.9 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1000-6729(2011）002-0084-05 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1000-6729.2011.02.省略 【Abstract】 Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of social skills training for inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods:Thirty-two stable inpatients with schizophrenia,who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems(ICD-10)for schizophrenia,were trained with the self-developed manual of social skills training for 12 sessions in 4 weeks and followed up for 6 months after training.The Social Skills Checklist(SSC)and Social Adaptive Functioning Evaluation(SAFE)were assessed before the training,at the end of the training,and 3 and 6 months after the end of training.Results:Compared to the baseline,total scores of both SSC and SAFE were significantly declined at the rating points of the end of training,3 months and 6 months after training.In the 3 rating points above,the numbers of items which were significantly declined were 8，11 and 10 items out of 12 items of SSC respectively,and were 7,14 and 16 items out of 19 items of SAFE（Ps0.01）.Conclusion:With the self-developed manual of social skills training,the social skills and social adaptive function of stable inpatients with schizophrenia can be significantly improved and last for 6 months. 【Key words】 social skills training;schizophrenia;inpatients;follow up （Chin Ment Health J,2011,25
