重慶市某四所中小學(xué)學(xué)生心理健康狀況 MHT 問卷調(diào)查分析# 寧源1，孔亞2，溫茂霖2，王麗2，張玲2，張勇1，韓令力1，曾緩1，趙勇1**5 （1. 重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生與管理學(xué)院，重慶 400016； 2. 重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)第五學(xué)辦，重慶 400016） 摘要：目的 了解重慶市中小學(xué)生的身心健康狀況，為中小學(xué)生健康教育和心理咨詢提供參考依據(jù)。方法 采用華東師范大學(xué)周步成教授的《心理健康診斷測驗(yàn)》（MHT）量表，采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法，抽取重慶市某兩所小學(xué)（五年級和六年級）和兩所中學(xué)（初中一年級10 15 和二年級），共 20 個(gè)班級的 796 名同學(xué)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，分析身心健康狀況，及其在性別與 年級之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。 結(jié)果 符合條件的 741 學(xué)生中，存在明顯心理健康問題（得分≥65 分） 的學(xué)生檢出率為 1.2%，各分項(xiàng)中學(xué)習(xí)焦慮表現(xiàn)最為明顯，檢出率為 26.6%；學(xué)習(xí)焦慮分項(xiàng) 女生顯著高于男生，且差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（X2=12.36，P=0.0004）；在學(xué)習(xí)焦慮和自責(zé)傾 向與年級的相關(guān)性中，初中生的焦慮明顯高于其小學(xué)生，學(xué)習(xí)焦慮（X2=13.74，P=0.001）、 自責(zé)傾向（X2=16.60，P=0.0002）和過敏傾向（X2=8.05，P=0.0179），其差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 重慶市中小學(xué)生身心健康狀況總體情況較好，其中學(xué)習(xí)焦慮較其他焦慮相對明顯；女生更容易出現(xiàn)的學(xué)習(xí)焦慮；初中生比小學(xué)更容易焦慮。 關(guān)鍵詞：身心健康；MHT；重慶市中小學(xué)生 中圖分類號(hào)：R395.6 20 The Questionnaire Survey by MHT on the Physical and Mental Health of Primary and Secondary Students in Four 25 30 35 40 45 Schools in Chongqing NING Yuan1, KONG Ya2, WEN Maolin2, WANG Li2, ZHANG Ling2, ZHANG Yong1, HAN Lingli1, ZENG Huan1, ZHAO Yong1 (1. Method The method used in this survey is Mental Health Test(MHT) by professor Zhou Bucheng in East China Normal University. 796 students in 20 classes, from two primary schools (the fifth and the sixth grade) and two secondary schools (the seventh and the eighth grade) in Chongqing, were questioned with random cluster sampling method to analyze their physical and mental status and the relation between sex and grade.
