摘要:
利用海洋生物廢棄物制備氨基酸和殼寡糖;以氨基酸、殼寡糖、金楓菌為主要的添加組分,開發(fā)生產(chǎn)了功能有機(jī)肥;以櫻桃番茄為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,以施用普通有機(jī)肥為對(duì)照,開展了田間小區(qū)試驗(yàn),考察功能有機(jī)肥對(duì)根結(jié)線蟲病的防治效果及增產(chǎn)情況。結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照處理相比,施用功能有機(jī)肥的處理對(duì)根結(jié)線蟲病的防治效果提高了63.28%~82.94%,櫻桃番茄的產(chǎn)量提高了7.60%~27.29%。功能有機(jī)肥的開發(fā)應(yīng)用,可以大幅減少農(nóng)藥的用量,為生產(chǎn)綠色櫻桃番茄提供了保障。

Abstract:
Amino acid and chitosan oligosaccharide are prepared using marine biological wastes; functional organic fertilizer is developed and produced with amino acid, chitosan oligosaccharide and King Phoenix bacteria as the main additive components. In order to investigate the effect of functional organic fertilizer on the prevention and control of root-knot nematode disease and the increase in yield, a field plot experiment is carried out with cherry tomato as the experimental object and application of common organic fertilizer as the control treatment. The results show that compared with the control treatment, the application of functional organic fertilizer treatment increases the control effect of root-knot nematode disease by 63.28% to 82.94%, and the yield of cherry tomato increases by 7.60% to 27.29%. The development and application of functional organic fertilizer can greatly reduce the use of pesticide and provide a guarantee for the production of green cherry tomato.
