Whether you are looking for our popular health & lifestyle assessments or something more bespoke, we can offer a variety of checks to assist you enjoy being active with the reassurance of an expert analysis of your results and explained in clear language to allow you to move forward.
All of our packages include an exercise electrocardiogram (ECG) and now our lifestyle and health packages also include a 45 minute consultation with a Sport and Exercise Medicine doctor and blood tests as standard.
