摘要

當(dāng)今社會,男性教師是幼兒園必不可少的,也是急需的一股力量。目前,學(xué)前教育專業(yè)男生培養(yǎng)過程中仍然存在諸多問題，導(dǎo)致他們專業(yè)認(rèn)同感偏低，畢業(yè)后也不愿意從事幼教行業(yè)。所以，提升學(xué)前教育專業(yè)男生的專業(yè)認(rèn)同感是本研究的初衷和目的。

本研究主要采用問卷法、訪談法和個案法，對學(xué)前教育專業(yè)男生的專業(yè)認(rèn)同感進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。研究共調(diào)查了高校60名學(xué)前教育專業(yè)男生，調(diào)查內(nèi)容主要包括專業(yè)定位、專業(yè)教育和專業(yè)前景三個維度。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，高校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的男生專業(yè)認(rèn)同感偏低，分析其原因主要來自社會、學(xué)校、個人三大方面。筆者主要從高校、個人兩大方面提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。高校策略包括優(yōu)化課程設(shè)計，強(qiáng)化師資隊伍等。學(xué)生個人策略包括：能力方面要揚(yáng)長避短，提升自身專業(yè)實力；心態(tài)方面要樹立教師使命感等。

Intodayssociety,maleteachersareessentialandurgentlyneededinkindergartens.Atpresent,therearestillmanyproblemsinthecultivationprocessofmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducation,leadingtotheirlowprofessionalidentityandunwillingnesstoengageinthepreschooleducationindustryaftergraduation.Therefore,enhancingtheprofessionalidentityofboysmajoringinpreschooleducationistheoriginalintentionandpurposeofthisstudy.

Thisstudymainlyusesquestionnaire,interview,andcasestudiestoinvestigatetheprofessionalidentityofmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducation.Thestudysurveyedatotalof60malestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducationinuniversities,mainlycoveringthreedimensions:professionalpositioning,professionaleducation,andprofessionalprospects.Researchhasfoundthatmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducationinuniversitieshavealowsenseofprofessionalidentity,whichismainlyduetothreemajorfactors:society,school,andindividuals.Theauthormainlyproposescorrespondingsolutionsfromtwoaspects:universitiesandindividuals.Thestrategiesofuniversitiesincludeoptimizingcurriculumdesign,strengtheningtheteachingstaff,andsoon.Studentspersonalstrategiesinclude:enhancingtheirstrengthsandavoidingweaknessesintermsofabilities,andenhancingtheirprofessionalstrength;Intermsofmentality,itisnecessarytoestablishasenseofmissionforteachers.
