[摘要]

油茶是我國重要的木本食用油料樹種，也是世界四大木本油料作物之一。其果實、葉除了具有較高的營養(yǎng)價值外還具有一定的藥用價值。此外，油茶皂粕、油茶殼等傳統(tǒng)榨取茶油后剩余的成分在化工、建筑領(lǐng)域也有廣泛的應(yīng)用。概述了油茶中皂苷類成分的提取純化工藝、定量測定等現(xiàn)代藥學及生物活性研究進展，以期為油茶的綜合開發(fā)利用提供有價值的參考。

[Abstract]

Camellia oleifera is an important oil-bearing crop in China which belongs to one of the four major woody oil crops all over the world. The fruits and leaves of C. oleifera exhibit their application both in nutritive value and pharmacy. Additionally, the C. oleifera meal and hull, which comes from the remainder of oil-extracted materials, play a wide role in chemical engineering and building industry.In this present study, we give a overview about the sasanquasaponin in C. oleifera from the aspects of extracting techniques, purification, determination, and bioactivities in order to provide useful information for further exploitation and utilization of C. oleifera.
