研究方向

林一瀚課題組的研究聚焦在單細胞水平上定量解析人類發(fā)育、疾病及免疫等重要過程中的基因調控機制,并利用合成生物器件對這些過程實施精準干擾或控制。研究從以下幾個方面展開:在單細胞水平上動態(tài)解析腫瘤及免疫細胞的狀態(tài)異質性、表觀機制對基因表達和細胞群體異質性的影響、轉錄因子動力學在信號傳導及基因調控中的功能和設計原理、數據驅動的基因調控網絡推斷及構建,及新型合成生物學器件的設計和應用。

實驗室致力于開展前沿的生命科學交叉研究,有機結合了包括系統(tǒng)生物學、合成生物學、定量單細胞分析、活細胞時序熒光成像、數學建模等研究方法。同時,為了引領單細胞研究領域,實驗室正在研發(fā)高通量、高時空分辨率的單細胞分析工具,用于解析疾病過程中的基因調控網絡,并為單細胞水平上藥物篩選及大規(guī)模測試合成生物學器件等應用提供新平臺。
