摘要: 城市中的綠色開放空間，尤其是公園，是城市居民健康的重要支撐之一。為了解城市居民如何利用綠色開放空間滿足自己的健康需求，選取了4個上海城市公園作為研究對象，包括全市性、區(qū)域性綜合公園和專類公園。調(diào)查了公園使用者的健康狀況、景觀體驗需求和游憩行為，并分析了它們之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1）公園使用者主要存在3方面健康問題；2）使用者對綠色開放空間的景觀體驗需求主要體現(xiàn)為自然和社會2方面；3）調(diào)查的綠色開放空間主要涉及四大類游憩活動。通過交叉分析進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)有健康問題的居民對于景觀體驗自然度的需求更高；而且會更傾向于遠(yuǎn)離社交的低強度、自然游憩活動。在進一步分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從公眾健康的景觀體驗和游憩角度對公園設(shè)計提出了建議。

Abstract: Urban green open spaces, parks especially, play an important role in promoting the health of urban residents. In order to understand how urban residents use green open spaces to meet their health needs, the study investigated users’ health status and their landscape experience needs, as well as recreational behaviors in four Shanghai urban parks, including comprehensive parks at both the city and local level and a forest park. Then it analyzed the relationship between them. The results indicated that: 1) park users reported three general categories of health problems; 2) there are two major landscape experience needs regarding green open spaces, in the natural and social aspects; 3) the investigated green open spaces mainly involve four types of recreational activities. We found in further interaction analysis that users with health concerns were more likely to prefer natural experience to social experience, and were more likely to engage less in socialized low-intense exercises with higher natural setting. After further analysis of their relevance and possible causes, this paper provides suggestions on park design concerning landscape experience and recreation for better human health.
