泡熱水澡相當于劇烈運動?研究:是真的,但要注意……

其實,老話“飽洗澡”是有科學依據(jù)的!
英國考文垂大學有一項研究,讓受試者在相同的時間內泡熱水澡或騎自行車,結果顯示,盡管騎自行車消耗的身體能量更多,但受試者的核心體溫和心率上升是相當?shù)?。研究人員指出,定期泡熱水澡的健身效果實際上同散步、慢跑和騎自行車相仿。
Research from Coventry University found that participants who took hot baths or rode bicycles for the same duration of time showed similar increases in core body temperature and heart rate, despite cycling consuming more physical energy. 在酒精的刺激作用下,血管會出現(xiàn)輕度擴張的現(xiàn)象,進而導致血壓降低。若此時洗澡,血液向體表轉移,會使得血壓降低。同時,血壓降低意味著血流供應難以滿足體溫變化的需求,人會比較容易發(fā)生暈厥。
