摘要： 自我調(diào)節(jié)是慢性病患者疾病自我管理的關(guān)鍵變量,影響患者健康行為的建立。綜述慢性病患者自我調(diào)節(jié)的相關(guān)理論、測評工具、影響因素及干預(yù)措施,旨在加強(qiáng)國內(nèi)研究者對慢性病患者自我調(diào)節(jié)的關(guān)注,并通過提升自我調(diào)節(jié)水平幫助慢性病患者進(jìn)行有效的疾病自我管理,為后續(xù)研究提供參考。

Abstract: Self-regulation is a key variable of disease self-management in patients with chronic diseases and influences the establishment of health behaviors. This article reviews the related theories, assessment tools, influencing factors, and interventions of self-regulation in patients with chronic diseases, aiming to enhance the attention of domestic researchers to self-regulation in patients with chronic diseases and help patients to manage their diseases effectively by improving the level of self-regulation and provide reference for future research.
