How to Keep Psychologically Healthy?

One in four people will experience some kind of mental problem in the course of a year. When you fail to manage these problems, they are likely to cause various mental illnesses. The cause of mental health problems often vary a lot from one case to another. In today’s society, a good number of people are suffering from heavy pressure. Others lack communication skills. In addition, a lot of people are ignorant of psychological knowledge about how to keep mentally fit. There are a lot of ways to curb mental health problems and keep psychologically healthy. Firstly, find the real cause of your mental health problem and see whether you can do something about it. Secondly, learn to relax yourself and take exercises to release the pressure. Lastly, you may find it helpful to talk to your partner or friend about your problem, or seek support and advice form a psychological consultant

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet.

For good health, eat a variety of foods.

Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be selected everyday from each of 'basic four.' They are the four groups of food essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit group, and bread-cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils, proteins, and vitamins.

A person's diet is determined by his attitudes, likes and dislikes.

If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you will have a balanced diet.

Health is the most important. People all agree that this is our home especially my mother and I.

In dietary respect we all dont like to eat junk food. Because we believe that junk food is bad for your health. So we all eat their own cooking at home. Second we seldom drink beverage because it contains pigment.

Exercise is good for health. So our family together in free time walking along the river.

For most people it is important to have enough sleep time. But now I am a graduating high school students lack of sleep sometimes. But Ill take a nap the gap by car on Saturday though rarely but to do that was enough.

Nowadays, more and more people have problems with their health. Why do they have so many heath problems? There are 3 basic questions. First, many people have heavy workload or homework.

Second, some people have lots of bad habits. Such as smoking or hard-drinking.

Final, overload works make people have less rest so they have a little sleep time and almost all people have some health problems.

Now, “alleviate burdens on people” is a hot topic. Too much work make people unhealthy. But our health problem is not only heavy works but also no sports or Irregular diet. In order to change these bad habits, we should do sports at least twice a week, eat more vegetables and less meat. I like do sports very much. Basketball is my favorite sport. I always play basketball at school with my friends. It not only makes my health better but also makes me feel better. Eating healthy food is a good way to keep a healthy life because healthy food can make us relaxing.

You can take away anything but if our health is taken away we will lose anything. So let’s keep a healthy life!

I always eat fruit, vegetables, food, etc. Eat more healthy food, I will become healthier, my body will become stronger and less likely to get sick.
