You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,and drink lots of boiled water.You should do exercise 。You should sleep at least eight in the evening,too.but you shouldn’t drink coffee or tea before sleep,you shouldn’t eat too many candies.You shouln’t work or study too hart. The way can keep your health.

Many students do not have breakfast before they go to school.It’s a quite bad habit and it’s bad for your health.Maybe you don’t have time to have breakfast but you couldn’t learn well in your classes if you don’t eat any thing 。Keeping in a good health which can help you study well is very important.

2、Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. Youll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and youll get more fit easily by that.

Only we keep our life regular may we be in good the whole day and keep the disease away from us. And doing exercise has an additional effect for our bodies’ normal operation.

一方面,我相信所有人都知道合理飲食,有規(guī)律的作息和適當?shù)倪\動的重要性。只有生活得有規(guī)律,我們才可能整天保持好狀態(tài),遠離疾病。另外,做運動對于我們身體的正常運轉(zhuǎn)有輔助作用。

For another, keeping a good mood is also essential for us to keep healthy. Some people do not understand why they still feel not well even though their life is regular. That is because they have too much stress in their mind and cannot relieve it, especially when they are in busy, and even some of them do not have any awareness of the influence that their stress brings to them. Therefore, except for the regular life and exercise, we need to keep a good mood and relieve negative moods in time as much as possible. Although it is hard to achieve when we encounter some unpleased matters, we still need to try our best to do it, or try to shorten the time we are in negative moods.
