摘要:
目的 探討沉浸式虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在早期肺癌患者肺康復(fù)健康教育中的應(yīng)用效果,促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后康復(fù)。 方法 將120例早期肺癌患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與干預(yù)組各60例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)健康教育;干預(yù)組在常規(guī)健康教育基礎(chǔ)上,采用沉浸式虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)進(jìn)行肺康復(fù)健康教育。 結(jié)果 干預(yù)組健康教育內(nèi)容掌握率、肺康復(fù)訓(xùn)練依從性、6 min步行距離、Barthel指數(shù)及健康教育滿意度顯著高于對(duì)照組,Borg氣促與勞累評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(均P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 沉浸式虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)用于早期肺癌患者肺康復(fù)健康教育,有助于患者對(duì)健康教育內(nèi)容的掌握,提高肺康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的依從性及健康教育滿意度,促進(jìn)患者康復(fù)。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of applying immersive virtual reality(VR) technology in health education regarding pulmonary rehabilitation for lung cancer patients, and to boost postoperative recovery of patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with early-stage lung cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups of 60 cases each.The control group received conventional health education, while the intervention group was additionally subjected to immersive VR technology powered health education on pulmonary rehabilitation. Results The intervention group had higher rate of health education contents mastery, higher rate of adhe-rence to pulmonary rehabilitation training, longer distance in six minute walk test, higher Barthel Index scores, higher rate of sa-tisfaction with health education, and lower scores on Borg Dyspnea Scale and Borg exertion scale, than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Immersive VR technology powered health education on pulmonary rehabilitation for early-stage lung cancer patients, could help patients grasp health education contents, improve patient adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation training and health education satisfaction, and promote patients′ recovery.
