Dark chocolate is one of the most nutritious food with loads of health benefits Lots of minerals like fibre, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium etc. Dark chocolate is also a powerful source of antioxidants

But the benefits will shy away if the chocolate contains a high amount of sugar & nasty additives. Taking sugar & additives on a long term basis will take a toll on your health

Hence we only recommend enjoying low sugar 70% & above dark chocolates with no nasties as a healthy treat The darker the chocolate, the better!

Some say bitter food is healthy food. The bitterness of 100% chocolate can be a little intense for most people, therefore you can add some natural sweeteners into the drinking chocolate!

We highly recommend using natural sweeteners that are low in carbs, calories & fructose. Good ones are stevia, Erythritol & monk fruit sweetener (lakanto)

We like monk fruit sweetener to pair with 100% drinking chocolate, the taste is more neutral and does not add flavours into the drinking chocolate  

Just add 1-2g of monk fruit sweetener will take the drinking chocolate to the next level & enhance its flavour!
