高強(qiáng)度間歇訓(xùn)練對(duì)控制肥胖人群體質(zhì)量和血壓的影響

運(yùn)動(dòng)促進(jìn)健康已得到廣泛共識(shí)。高強(qiáng)度間歇訓(xùn)練(HIIT)作為一種新的訓(xùn)練方式被引入到對(duì)肥胖人群體質(zhì)量和血壓的控制運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)中。與傳統(tǒng)的中等強(qiáng)度持續(xù)訓(xùn)練(MICT)比較,HIIT有著相對(duì)用時(shí)短、見效快和有一定趣味性的特點(diǎn)。大量研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該方案對(duì)肥胖人群的體質(zhì)量和血壓的控制是有效的,甚至有研究證明其效果優(yōu)于MICT,但HIIT的遠(yuǎn)期效果尚需更多的研究加以驗(yàn)證,其使用的規(guī)范性和安全性也需要更多實(shí)踐和研究進(jìn)行探索。

It has been a broad consensus that exercise promotes health. As a new method, high intensity interval training (HIIT) is used to control the body weight and blood pressure in obese people. Compared with moderate intensity continuous training (MICT), this method is more efficient and attractive. A number of studies have shown HIIT can help the patients lose body weight and lower blood pressure. And some of them proved HIIT had better effect than MICT. But it needs more studies to confirm the long-term effect and safety of HIIT. The procedure of HIIT needs formulation and assessment.
