蔬菜的品種有很多,我們最常見的就是白菜、蘿卜、黃瓜、西紅柿、土豆和冬瓜等等,這些蔬菜都是營養(yǎng)價值很高的。蔬菜是人們生活中必不可少的食物之一。但對于蔬菜的營養(yǎng)價值,有人卻了解得不甚清楚。

蔬菜的營養(yǎng)不可低估群眾周知,蔬菜可提供人體所必需的多種維生素和礦物質(zhì),人體必需的維生素扮鋒C的90%、維生素A的60%來自于蔬菜。

可見蔬菜對人類健康的貢獻,多吃蔬菜對我們的身體有極大的好處。

Eating more vegetables is good for our health. There are many kinds of vitamins and proteins in vegetables. If the human body is short of these vitamins, there will be many kinds of diseases. 

蔬菜里面含有很多種維生素和蛋白質(zhì),人體如果少了這些維生素,就會的"很多種疾病。

According to scientists, besides fruits, eating more vegetables, especially carrots, can prevent cancer. Because the vitamin A and carotene in vegetables can make the cells that have just begun to differentiate into cancer cells transform intonormal cells again.

據(jù)科學家的研究,除了水果以外,多吃蔬菜,特別是胡蘿卜,能預防癌廳吵晌癥。因為蔬菜中的維生素A、胡蘿卜素,可以使剛開始向癌碰鏈細胞分化的細胞重新轉(zhuǎn)化為正常的細胞。

Since there are so many advantages of vegetables, how many vegetables should we eat every day? For a healthy and normal person, 300 grams of potatoes, 400 grams of cabbage, cabbage, carrots, spinach, leeks, tomatoes or other vegetables are enough every day.
