《營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)報(bào)》是中國(guó)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)會(huì)唯一的學(xué)術(shù)期刊，主要刊登我國(guó)最新的營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)研究論著與工作簡(jiǎn)報(bào)，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)、臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)、公共營(yíng)養(yǎng)，食物營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)等領(lǐng)域的研究新成果，每篇論著附有英文圖表與摘要。1956年創(chuàng)刊，為季刊，1958年?？?981年復(fù)刊，2004年改為雙月刊?！稜I(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)報(bào)》一貫保持“公正、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)”的辦刊宗旨，不斷提高刊物質(zhì)量，深受讀者歡迎,先后被列為中國(guó)自然科學(xué)核心期刊，中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)核心期刊，學(xué)位與研究生教育重要期刊。近幾年，獲獎(jiǎng)得第三屆國(guó)家期刊獎(jiǎng)百種重點(diǎn)期刊”稱號(hào)（2005年）；三次獲得“百種中國(guó)杰出學(xué)術(shù)期刊”稱號(hào)（2003、2009、2010年）；兩次獲得“中國(guó)精品科技期刊”稱號(hào)（2008、2011年）等12項(xiàng)期刊獎(jiǎng)。已被被國(guó)內(nèi)所有知名及大型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及檢索機(jī)構(gòu)收錄，如《中文核心期刊要目總覽》、“中國(guó)科學(xué)引文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來(lái)源期刊”、“中國(guó)核心期刊（遴選）數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”、“ 中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊文摘（中英文版）”等；是國(guó)內(nèi)300多種中國(guó)科技論文統(tǒng)計(jì)源期刊的數(shù)據(jù)源。被國(guó)外權(quán)威檢索系統(tǒng)如：國(guó)際期刊指南《ULRIOH’S》、CA、BA、世界衛(wèi)生組織西太平洋地區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)索引（WPRIM）、英國(guó)“國(guó)際農(nóng)業(yè)與生物科學(xué)研究中心文摘（CABA）”、英國(guó)《全球健康》（Global Health）數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、日本科學(xué)技術(shù)振興機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（JST）和英國(guó)《食品科技文摘》（FSTA）收錄。

    ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA is the only official publication of the Chinese Nutrition Society . It includes mainly the original articles and brief reports of the recent achievements of research in all fields of nutrition，as experimental nutrition，clinical nutrition，public nutrition，food nutritional evaluation，etc. Each articles is written with English figures, tables and abstracts . It was initiated in 1956 as a quarterly journal and suspended during 1959 to 1981，and then issued bimonthly since 2004. Subject to fairness and rigorism , its academic quality has been improved successfully and is well appreciated by most readers . It is one the core journals of natural sciences in China , and indexed by CA , BA and many Chinese indexing journals . It has won the national and local awards of excellent publication several times, and was nominated as one of hundred national key journals in China.
