摘要： 為規(guī)范中國肥胖癥的綜合診療，國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會發(fā)布了《肥胖癥診療指南（2024年版）》。指南對肥胖癥的多種干預(yù)及治療手段進行了詳述，其中外科部分闡述了肥胖癥的減重與代謝手術(shù)分類、適應(yīng)證、禁忌證、術(shù)前準備、術(shù)式推薦、出院指征、術(shù)后營養(yǎng)管理原則、術(shù)后隨訪、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥預(yù)防等重要內(nèi)容，指導(dǎo)醫(yī)療機構(gòu)規(guī)范化開展肥胖癥的手術(shù)治療。

Abstract: To standardize the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of obesity in China, the National Health Commission has issued the “National Clinical Practice Guideline on Obesity Management （2024 Edition）”. The guidelines detail various intervention and treatment methods for obesity, with the surgical section elaborating on the classification of bariatric and metabolic surgeries, indications, contraindications, preoperative preparation, recommended surgical procedures, discharge criteria, principles of postoperative nutritional management, postoperative follow-up, and prevention of postoperative complications. The guideline aims to direct medical institutions in the standardized implementation of surgical treatments for obesity.
