華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬協(xié)和醫(yī)院(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“協(xié)和醫(yī)院”)由英國(guó)傳教士楊格非博士于1866年創(chuàng)建，現(xiàn)為國(guó)內(nèi)一流的大型綜合性醫(yī)院。該院自建院就面向全球?yàn)閬?lái)漢患者提供權(quán)威醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

2015年，醫(yī)院在西院區(qū)國(guó)際門(mén)診的基礎(chǔ)上，成立了湖北省首家面向外籍患者，提供高端醫(yī)療、保健服務(wù)的部門(mén)——國(guó)際門(mén)診部。自此，協(xié)和醫(yī)院國(guó)際門(mén)診部及西院區(qū)國(guó)際門(mén)診分部，將依托醫(yī)院雄厚的技術(shù)實(shí)力、國(guó)際化的服務(wù)模式、優(yōu)雅便利的就醫(yī)條件，為外籍就診患者提供規(guī)范高端的優(yōu)質(zhì)診療服務(wù)。國(guó)際門(mén)診自2015年1月成立并運(yùn)行以來(lái)，僅一年就接診來(lái)自英、美、法、德、日、韓等五大洲20余國(guó)的外籍患者達(dá)1500余次，贏得了外籍患者的高度贊譽(yù)和好評(píng)。

一、就診環(huán)境

國(guó)際門(mén)診部位于協(xié)和醫(yī)院門(mén)診大樓九樓，室內(nèi)建筑面積1200平米，寬敞明亮；室外享有大型露天陽(yáng)臺(tái)，南望漢口最繁華的武廣商圈，西收全國(guó)百家歷史名園中山公園美景，晨曦初照，落日余暉，郁郁蔥蔥，美不勝收；就診間歇，咖啡飲品、書(shū)報(bào)閱覽、安靜雅間等將陪伴患者舒適度過(guò)。

二、醫(yī)療條件

國(guó)際門(mén)診部專(zhuān)科設(shè)置齊全，包括內(nèi)科、外科、婦產(chǎn)科、兒科、口腔科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、皮膚科等40個(gè)臨床專(zhuān)科；出診醫(yī)師均為知名度高、臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富并具有海外經(jīng)歷的專(zhuān)家；醫(yī)技人員及導(dǎo)診分診護(hù)士均能熟練掌握英語(yǔ)，與外賓進(jìn)行無(wú)障礙交流。

三、服務(wù)模式

國(guó)際門(mén)診部實(shí)行醫(yī)療服務(wù)預(yù)約制。門(mén)診部將根據(jù)患者的預(yù)約需求，安排專(zhuān)科醫(yī)師進(jìn)行診療，全程將由專(zhuān)業(yè)護(hù)理人員及導(dǎo)醫(yī)陪診、陪檢，并為各項(xiàng)醫(yī)療輔助檢查提供綠色通道，實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)患零距離、服務(wù)零障礙。

1. 各國(guó)駐漢使館官員與家屬；

2. 在漢商會(huì)、外企、合資企業(yè)的外國(guó)企業(yè)家、員工與家屬；

3. 來(lái)漢學(xué)習(xí)工作的國(guó)外專(zhuān)家與家屬；

4. 觀光旅游的外國(guó)賓朋；

5. 外國(guó)留學(xué)生；

6. 國(guó)內(nèi)有特殊需求的個(gè)人及團(tuán)體。

國(guó)際門(mén)診就診須知

國(guó)際門(mén)診實(shí)行預(yù)約就診制，請(qǐng)至少提前24小時(shí)預(yù)約就診。

2 就診當(dāng)天請(qǐng)攜帶有效證件（身份證、護(hù)照、工作證等）以及既往病歷資料。提前10分鐘到達(dá)國(guó)際門(mén)診部，辦理相關(guān)就診手續(xù)。

3 由于各種原因不能按預(yù)約就診時(shí)間就診者，請(qǐng)務(wù)必提前24小時(shí)與國(guó)際門(mén)診部聯(lián)系取消預(yù)約；過(guò)時(shí)未到又未提前取消預(yù)約者，視患者情況我部將不再為其提供國(guó)際門(mén)診醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

4 當(dāng)日內(nèi)同一專(zhuān)家就診免復(fù)診費(fèi)用，當(dāng)日不同專(zhuān)家就診需收取不同專(zhuān)家就診費(fèi)用。

國(guó)際門(mén)診特色服務(wù)內(nèi)容

1 國(guó)際門(mén)診實(shí)施預(yù)約制度，實(shí)行精準(zhǔn)預(yù)約、分時(shí)預(yù)約。

2 就診全過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了“醫(yī)護(hù)一體化模式”，護(hù)理人員全程參與就診，就診實(shí)現(xiàn)了“二對(duì)一”即一名醫(yī)師加一名護(hù)士服務(wù)于一名患者。護(hù)理服務(wù)則實(shí)行“一對(duì)一”全程“一條龍”陪同服務(wù)，與患者的溝通更順暢，盡可能在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)滿足就醫(yī)者的醫(yī)療護(hù)理需求。

3 為就診患者提供綠色通道服務(wù)，B超、ECG、抽血、輸液等檢查、治療項(xiàng)目在國(guó)際門(mén)診就可以完成。大型檢查由護(hù)理人員預(yù)約后陪同患者一同前往，盡可能在當(dāng)日完成。

4 提供日間護(hù)理病房，完成簡(jiǎn)單治療，為麻醉胃鏡、小手術(shù)、輸液治療患者提供護(hù)理單元，滿足不同疾病患者的需求。

5 提供預(yù)約檢查服務(wù)，為患者拿取、留存、保管各種檢驗(yàn)、CT、MRI等檢查報(bào)告。

6 針對(duì)每一位就診患者在一星期內(nèi)通過(guò)電話、短信或e-mail等方式進(jìn)行回訪，了解病情轉(zhuǎn)歸，就醫(yī)、護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量，意見(jiàn)建議等。另外，針對(duì)就診、復(fù)診時(shí)間，預(yù)約檢查、住院時(shí)間，相關(guān)疾病、護(hù)理注意事項(xiàng)，健康教育等都會(huì)通過(guò)電話、短信或e-mail的形式給予溫馨提示。

7 為就診患者提供免費(fèi)就診病歷、資料袋。提供免費(fèi)熱飲、冷飲，茶點(diǎn)等，為不熟悉地理環(huán)境的外籍患者提供呼叫出租車(chē)服務(wù)，將人文關(guān)懷做到細(xì)微之處。

8 為就診患者、家屬、陪同人員，以及遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)的患者提供休息、休閑區(qū)，在就診的同時(shí)也能感受到國(guó)際門(mén)診部的溫暖。

Brief introduction of International Outpatient Department of Union Hospital

Union Hospital, affiliated with TongJi Medical College, HuaZhong University of Science and Technology, is a major general teaching hospital, which is founded by Dr. Griffith John, a British missionary in 1866.

In 2015, basing on the west district, the first International Outpatient Department in Hubei province was established in Union Hospital, which aims at providing high quality medical treatment and health care to foreign patients. Now relying on the modern outpatient building, the strong technical strength, the international service mode, the convenient and warm medial environment, the healthcare team of Union Hospital International Outpatient Department and the branch of west district will make efforts to provide a full range of medical care and excellent nursing care for all patients who come from all corners of the world. Sticking to the philosophy of “Benevolence and Mercy, Collaboration and Harmony”, International Outpatient Department of Union Hospital has received more than 1500 foreign patients who came from Britain, United States, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, etc. since 2015.

1.Medical Care Environment

The International Outpatient Department locates on 9th floor of modern outpatient building with 1200 m2, which is bright, spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Patients staying in the department or the large hanging garden will have a bird view of the WuGuang business center plaza and ZhongShan Park, and also can enjoy the delicious coffee and Chinese tea.

2.Medical Care Service

The International Outpatient Department has around 40 specialized medical services include departments of internal medicine, general surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, stomatology, ophthalmology, E.N.T, dermatology and so on. All departments have advance technology and abundant medical resources, and the well-known doctors with overseas experiences will by side to meet patient’s health needs. Nurses and medical technicians are selected very carefully and all have the strong skills in English communication with our foreign guests.

3.Medical Care Process

The International Outpatient Department offers appointment system, which aims at making an appointment with specialized expert basing on the needs of the patients. Then the professional nurses and medical guides will accompany and make everything in advance, also will provide “coordinated-process” and “green channel” medical service for every foreign patient.
