7 Does your father smoke? Do you think smoking is bad for our health?

No, my father doesn’t smoke at all. And I don’t like the people smoke in public place. Everybody knows smoking is bad for our health. Some people say that smoking can relax themselves. But we can find some other ways to relieve our pressures through going out, holding a party, chatting with our friends and so on.

8 For modern people, mental health is as important as physical health. What are you going to do to maintain your mental health?

A healthy person should have both physical and mental healthiness. Some bad habits would have a bad effect on mental healthiness, such as smoking or drinking. We should consistently control our temper. And person who is hot temper easily tends to suffer from heart attack as well.

9 What do you think of diet?

Diet is the basic of our body. In the daily life, we should eat less sugar, salt and fat. We can eat a diet of meat and fish, mostly vegetable, fruit, nuts, and seeds. We should only drink water, and may have sampled a little of honey. Foods would be rich in fibre, some protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals, but low in sugar, salt and saturated fats.

10 Do you think you have a healthy diet?

Yes, my mother pays much attention to my diet. She thinks it is very important for me because I’m growing up now.

11 What do you think of the fast food?

Fast food is always considered as “junk food”. Western food tastes great and most of children like it very much. But it has little nutritional value, because it is full of fat and sweet. Theses things really do harm to our health.

12 At school, what exercise do you have to do?

I have to have PE class. In this class, I always have to run, jump, play basketball, play badminton and so on. And between classes we must do gymnastics in the morning everyday.

13 Do you do exercise every day?

If I don’t have enough time, I don’t do exercise at home. But, as you know, we have PE class at school three times a week. And between classes we must do gymnastics in the morning everyday.

14 What will happen if you don’t stay healthy?

If a man is in poor health, he will have many troubles and suffer a great deal of pain. He has to spend too much time and money to go to a hospital for examinations and treatment. Health is a condition of wisdom, and a sign of cheerfulness.
