摘要： 以中國兒童青少年為樣本，運(yùn)用元分析方法探究社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和兒童青少年心理健康的關(guān)系。通過文獻(xiàn)檢索和篩查共納入62篇文獻(xiàn)，獲得126個(gè)獨(dú)立效應(yīng)量，包含被試111117人。元分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位與兒童青少年心理健康積極指標(biāo)呈顯著正相關(guān)，與心理健康消極指標(biāo)呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。此外，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和心理健康的關(guān)系受到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位不同層面、心理健康積極指標(biāo)類型和社會(huì)發(fā)展的調(diào)節(jié)，其中心理健康消極指標(biāo)類型、被試群體和地區(qū)分布對(duì)二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)不顯著。以上結(jié)果表明，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位與兒童青少年心理健康關(guān)系密切，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位不同層面、心理健康積極指標(biāo)類型和社會(huì)發(fā)展是重要的調(diào)節(jié)變量。

Abstract: A meta-analysis was conducted to study the relationship between socioeconomic status and mental health in Chinese children and adolescents. Through literature retrieval, 62 articles and 126 independent effect sizes were selected together with 111,117 participants, which met the inclusion criteria of meta-analysis. The results showed that socioeconomic status was positively correlated with positive indicators of mental health, and negatively correlated with negative indicators of mental health. In addition, the relationship between socioeconomic status and mental health was moderated by different levels of socioeconomic status, types of positive indicators of mental health and publication year, but not by the types of negative indicators of mental health, participants and region. These results indicate that socioeconomic status is closely related to mental health in children and adolescents, and different levels of socioeconomic status, types of positive indicators of mental health and publication year are important moderating variables.
