Based on the human capital theory and investigation data of peasants from Shaanxi province in 2004,this paper analysizes problems about the decision of out-migration employment,the allocation of labor time and theincome fromout-migration employment of China’s peasants,andit finds that factors of age,education,and health make an important influence to the action of peasants’out-migration employment.And there is an inverse Urule which ages and education affect peasants,and the factor of health will work together with ages and education to affect peasants’out-migration employment.
