浙江大學(xué)長(zhǎng)三角智慧綠洲——網(wǎng)龍網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司電競(jìng)國(guó)際教育聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心 (簡(jiǎn)稱電競(jìng)國(guó)際聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心）依托浙江大學(xué)和網(wǎng)龍網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司建立，于 2024 年正式落地于浙江嘉善。

電競(jìng)聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心整合了浙江大學(xué)在傳播學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、認(rèn) 知心理學(xué)和人因工程等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的前沿力量，并結(jié)合網(wǎng)龍網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司的行業(yè)資源 和創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐，構(gòu)成產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化平臺(tái)。通過關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的革新，中心致力于構(gòu)建 和孵化新質(zhì)電競(jìng)生態(tài)，重點(diǎn)探索包括人才培養(yǎng)、電競(jìng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新等場(chǎng)景可持續(xù)發(fā) 展的新模式，在“ 以人為本、科技創(chuàng)新”的核心理念基礎(chǔ)上，為全球電競(jìng)行業(yè) 的關(guān)鍵問題提供系統(tǒng)性解決方案和技術(shù)平臺(tái)。

一、申請(qǐng)條件

1.近三年內(nèi)獲得博士學(xué)位，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身體健康，原則上不超過35周歲；

2.能夠保證在院期間全職從事博士后研究工作，不招收在職人員；

3.獲認(rèn)知科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、心理學(xué)、人因工程學(xué)或相關(guān)鄰域的博士學(xué)位，并有相關(guān)鄰域發(fā)表論文的記錄；

4.在實(shí)驗(yàn)技能方面：

①精通定量研究方法，具備實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、模擬開發(fā)、對(duì)參與者數(shù)據(jù)收集和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

②熟悉生理性測(cè)量工具（例如，眼動(dòng)儀、腦電圖、心電圖以及ERP）；

5.在建模研究方面：

①熟練掌握統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)，具備大型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)分析、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)（例如深度學(xué)習(xí)和強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)）或計(jì)算建模的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

②具備較強(qiáng)科研工程落地能力，熟練掌握一門語言以保障科研開展（例如python、MATLAB等）；

6.申請(qǐng)人近三年內(nèi)應(yīng)以第1、2（列第2的，第一完成人應(yīng)是申請(qǐng)人的博士指導(dǎo)教師）完成人在《浙江大學(xué)國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)期刊名錄》上發(fā)表（含錄用）2篇論文（參見https://hr.zju.edu.cn/cn/2021/0706/c28843a2403612/page.psp，具體要求視合作導(dǎo)師所在學(xué)院相關(guān)要求決定）。

二、主要職責(zé)

1.開展有關(guān)于識(shí)別和分析影響職業(yè)電競(jìng)選手游戲表現(xiàn)的認(rèn)知、行為和生理因素的研究。

2.建立電競(jìng)選手比賽表現(xiàn)的理論模型，并基于選手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)開發(fā)計(jì)算模型。

3.設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)估電競(jìng)選手的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。與跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，將研究結(jié)果轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際應(yīng)用。

4.通過高質(zhì)量的出版物和演示，促進(jìn)研究成果的傳播。

三、進(jìn)站情況

實(shí)驗(yàn)室招聘的博士后研究員將視情況，分別進(jìn)入合作導(dǎo)師所在學(xué)院的博士后流通站和浙江大學(xué)長(zhǎng)三角智慧綠洲創(chuàng)新中心的博士后工作站工作。

1.進(jìn)入合作導(dǎo)師所在學(xué)院的博士后流通站工作的博士后研究員，工作地點(diǎn)主要在浙江大學(xué)紫金港校區(qū)（前一年要求常駐嘉善），薪酬和福利參照浙江大學(xué)的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

2.進(jìn)入浙江大學(xué)長(zhǎng)三角智慧綠洲創(chuàng)新中心的博士后工作站工作的博士后研究員，工作地點(diǎn)在嘉善，薪酬和福利參照浙江大學(xué)長(zhǎng)三角智慧綠洲創(chuàng)新中心博士后有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

3.其他待遇：

①配備辦公用房；

②可優(yōu)惠租用浙江大學(xué)和嘉善智慧綠洲的公寓；

③博士后在站期間取得研究成果，符合要求的，享受實(shí)驗(yàn)室科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；

④參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室重大課題研究并取得顯著成績(jī)的，可獲得額外資助或津貼。

四、合作導(dǎo)師

趙瑜佩，浙江大學(xué)傳媒與國(guó)際文化學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。致力于全球視閾下數(shù)字文化和國(guó)際傳播等領(lǐng)域研究，系統(tǒng)性的探索“國(guó)際文化在地化”與“中國(guó)文化走出去”的雙向交流模式，近幾年重點(diǎn)聚焦在電競(jìng)、數(shù)字人AIGC等領(lǐng)域，特別關(guān)注亞洲、中東和拉美等區(qū)域國(guó)別。博士和碩士均畢業(yè)于英國(guó)萊斯特大學(xué)媒體與傳播學(xué)專業(yè)，曾任浙江大學(xué)國(guó)際合作與交流處專聘副處長(zhǎng)。入選國(guó)家“萬人計(jì)劃”青年拔尖人才，教育部高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育名師，現(xiàn)任國(guó)際傳播學(xué)會(huì)（International Communication Association）流行媒體與文化分會(huì)（Popular Media and Culture）主席，環(huán)太平洋大學(xué)聯(lián)盟（APRU）電子競(jìng)技分會(huì)主席；中國(guó)外文局文化傳播中心-人工智能國(guó)際傳播創(chuàng)新中心主任；中國(guó)科技新聞學(xué)會(huì)電競(jìng)傳播專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任&學(xué)術(shù)專家；浙江省之江青年社科學(xué)者；浙江大學(xué)國(guó)際傳播中心副主任；元宇宙產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化創(chuàng)新研究中心主任，《數(shù)字傳播》（原《中國(guó)傳媒學(xué)報(bào)》）副主編，《中國(guó)數(shù)字出版》執(zhí)行編委。長(zhǎng)期受邀中國(guó)國(guó)際電視臺(tái)(CGTN)和人民日?qǐng)?bào)（海外版）做專題點(diǎn)評(píng)。目前已主持12個(gè)課題，其中國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目1個(gè)，省部級(jí)課題8個(gè)，國(guó)際合作課題4個(gè)，教改4項(xiàng)；發(fā)表專著2部，教材3部，中英文論文40余篇。論文連續(xù)兩年獲得2020年、2019年國(guó)際傳播學(xué)會(huì)（ICA）流行傳播分會(huì)“最佳論文大獎(jiǎng)”；2019年歐洲體育管理學(xué)會(huì)（EASM）“最佳論文大獎(jiǎng)”；中國(guó)電競(jìng)行業(yè)大會(huì)“最佳電競(jìng)研究獎(jiǎng)”。多家國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威核心等期刊評(píng)審。

2024 Postdoctoral Researcher Recruitment Notice for Future Imaging Laboratory of Zhejiang University

Zhejiang University's Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis - NetDragon E-sports International Education Joint R&D Center (hereinafter referred to as E-sports International Joint R&D Center) is established by Zhejiang University and NetDragon, and will officially land in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province in 2024.

The E-sports Joint R&D Center integrates the cutting-edge capabilities of Zhejiang University in various fields such as communication, computer science, applied mathematics, cognitive psychology, and human factors engineering, and combines NetDragon's industry resources and innovative practices to form an integrated platform for production, education and research. Through the innovation of key technologies, the center is committed to building and incubating a new quality e-sports ecosystem, focusing on exploring new models for sustainable development in scenarios including talent training and e-sports industry innovation, and providing systematic solutions and technical platforms for key issues in the global e-sports industry on the basis of the core concept of "people-oriented and technological innovation".

Application requirements:

1. Obtained a doctorate degree in the past three years, excellent in character and learning, in good health, no more than 35 years old in principle;

2. Be able to ensure full-time postdoctoral research during the period of the hospital, and do not recruit in-service personnel;

3. Ph.D. in Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or related fields, with a track record of publications in relevant fields.

4.Experiment focus:

①Expertise in quantitative research methods. Experience in experiment design, simulation development, data collection of human participants, and statistical analysis.

②Familiarity with physiological measurement tools (e.g., eye-tracking, EEG, ECG, ERP).

5. Modeling focus:

①Proficiency in statistics with experience in large database analysis, machine learning (e.g., deep learning and reinforcement learning), or computational modeling.

②Have strong ability to implement scientific research projects, and be proficient in a language to ensure the development of scientific research (e.g., python, MATLAB, etc.).

6. The applicant should publish (including acceptance) 2 papers in the "List of Domestic Academic Journals of Zhejiang University" with the 1st and 2nd (2nd in the column, the first completer should be the applicant's doctoral supervisor) in the past three years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research that identifies and analyzes cognitive, behavioral, and physiological factors that influence the gaming performance of professional esport players.

2. Build theoretical models of esport players’ game performance and develop computational models based on player data.

3. Design and evaluate training programs for esports players. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research findings into practical applications.

4.Contribute to the dissemination of research outcomes through high quality publications and presentations.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The postdoctoral researchers recruited by the laboratory will work in the postdoctoral circulation station of the co-supervisor's college and the postdoctoral workstation of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University, depending on the situation.

1. Postdoctoral researchers who work in the postdoctoral circulation station of the college where the co-supervisor is located are mainly in the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University (required to be resident in Jiashan in the previous year), and the salary and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of Zhejiang University.

2. Postdoctoral researchers who enter the postdoctoral workstation of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University shall work in Jiashan, and their salary and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the postdoctoral fellows of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University.

3. Other treatments：

①Equipped with office space；

②Preferential rentals of apartments at Zhejiang University and Jiashan Wisdom Oasis；

③Postdoctoral fellows who have achieved research results during their stay in the station and meet the requirements will enjoy laboratory scientific research awards；

④Those who have been engaged in postdoctoral research for more than two years and have excellent performance can apply for the qualification of senior professional and technical positions in Zhejiang University；

⑤For those who have excellent performance and fruitful output during the station, those who meet the requirements can be given priority to be selected for the teaching position of Zhejiang University;

⑥Those who participate in the research of major topics in the laboratory and have achieved remarkable results can receive additional funding or allowance.

Zhao Yupei,School of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University, a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the "Hundred Talents Program". In recent years, he has focused on the fields of e-sports, digital human AIGC and other fields, with special attention to Asia, the Middle East and Latin America and other regional countries. He graduated from the University of Leicester in United Kingdom with a Ph.D. and a master's degree in Media and Communication, and was the deputy director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Zhejiang University. He has been selected as a young top-notch talent in the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", a famous teacher of university network education in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and is currently the chairman of the Popular Media and Culture Branch of the International Communication Association (International Communication Association), and the chairman of the Esports Chapter of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU); Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence International Communication Innovation, Cultural Communication Center, CIPG; Deputy Director & Academic Expert of E-sports Communication Committee of China Science and Technology News Society; Zhijiang Young Social Science Scholar of Zhejiang Province; Deputy Director of the International Communication Center of Zhejiang University; Director of the Research Center for Metaverse Industry and Cultural Innovation, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Digital Communication (formerly China Media Journal), and Executive Editorial Board Member of China Digital Publishing. He has been invited to China Global Television Network (CGTN) and People's Daily (Overseas Edition) for a long time. At present, he has presided over 12 projects, including 1 national project, 8 provincial and ministerial projects, 4 international cooperation projects, and 4 education reform projects. He has published 2 monographs, 3 textbooks, and more than 40 papers in Chinese and English. The paper won the "Best Paper Award" of the Popular Communication Branch of the International Communication Association (ICA) for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2019; 2019 European Academy of Sport Management (EASM) "Best Paper Award"; "Best E-sports Research Award" at the China E-sports Industry Conference. Reviewed by a number of authoritative core journals at home and abroad.
