生物技術(shù)通報 ·研究報告· BIOTECHNOLOGY BULLETIN ( ) 2017, 33 7 :107-113 兩種麻山藥典型病害根際土壤微生物多樣性的研究 1 1 1 2 1 康捷? 章淑艷? 韓韜? 孫志梅? 羅同陽 （1. 河北省微生物研究所，保定 071051 ；2. 河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學，保定 071000） 摘 要 ： 為了解兩種典型病害土壤根際微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)，明確土壤病害與微生物多樣性變化的關(guān)系，采用高通量測序?qū)?種典型病害根際微生物多樣性進行對比分析，結(jié)果表明，細菌多樣性和豐度值表現(xiàn)為糊頭病的土壤 對照組 根莖腐病組 ；而真 菌變化更明顯，兩種病害土壤真菌多樣性和豐富度均高于對照組。物種分類注釋表明，不同處理土壤細菌種類與對照組基本一致， 只是不同類別所占的比例各不相同，真菌中含有一些與病害發(fā)生有關(guān)的特有屬，且比例變化較大，說明土壤微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)變化 在一定程度上影響病害的發(fā)生。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 土壤 ；微生物多樣性 ；高通量測序；病害 DOI ：10.13560/ki.biotech.bull.1985.2017-0067 Research on Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Diversity of Two Typical Kinds of Disease in Yam 1 1 1 2 1 KANG Jie ZHANG Shu-yan HAN Tao SUN Zhi-mei LUO Tong-yang （1.Hebei Research Institute of Microbiology ，Baoding 071051 ；2 .Agricultural University of Hebei Province ，Baoding 071000 ） Abstract: For understanding the microbial community structure of soil rhizosphere with two typical diseases and clarifying the correlation between soil diseases and microbial diversity，high-throughput sequencing was applied to compare and analyze the microbial diversities of the rhizosphere with 2 typical diseases. As results，the population diversity and enrichment of bacteria in soil sample were the scab disease CK root-rot disease. While in fungi，the changes were more obvious，fungal diversity and enrichment in the soil with 2 diseases were higher than the control group.
