    Living a more simple life can improve how we think, feel and move around in the world. Here are ways to simplify your life while creating space for happiness.

    Give up your negative thoughts. As humans, we spend a lot of our time being caught up in negative thoughts that brings nothing good into our lives. They can grow rapidly and cause unhappiness and do nothing to improve our quality of life.

    Reduce the amount of screen time While watching TV and endless YouTube videos or playing computer games can be a nice way to relax, too much can have a negative influence on your lives.

    Cut down on social media They say they feel less confident after comparing their lives against those of their online friends. So simplify your life by cutting down on social media-not only for your own health of mind but to stop the endless checking every several minutes.

     In the effort to make yourselves better people and improve yourselves, you often set goals but having too many goals can prevent you from achieving them.

    Eat Fewer Unhealthy FoodsCutting down on bad foods will not only help you feel much better and give you more energy.

A. Reduce the number of your goals.

B. Negative thoughts are much dangerous.

C. Many people feel their lives are worsened by it.

D. You can make your own healthy food and tasty meals.

E. Learn to choose to think and see the positives in life.

Everyone sleeps differently. Some people like sleeping on their side, some prefer sleeping on their back, and some like sleeping on their stomach.  Here is what you need to know about how your sleeping position affects your health.

On your back

Do you sleep on your back?  Sleeping on your back is good for your spine (脊柱).

This position causes little stress on the muscles in your back and neck.   Your face won't develop wrinkles (皺紋) and spots as quickly as those who sleep on their side or on their stomach. The only disadvantage is that it worsens snoring (打鼾).

On your side

Do you sleep on your side? You're definitely not the only one.   When you sleep on your side, you can develop pain in your arms and legs because you're always lying on one side. Sleeping on your right side is also not good for your digestion (消化). However,sleeping on your side reduces snoring.

On your stomach

We have bad news for people who sleep on their stomach. This position is the least healthy.   And it may also cause back issues because your spine has to take on an un-comfortable position. Therefore, you will be less likely to have a good sleep at night. Also, if you often sleep on a full stomach, you'll even suffer from stomach problems. It does reduce snoring, though, so there is that benefit.

    English can be a difficult language to learn, but there are certain things you can do to learn the language a lot faster. People can master English as long as they take the time to practice speaking, reading and writing in English.

    Start by taking a class that teaches beginning English. These classes are often named as “ESL” classes, or “English as a Second Language.”

    Buy an English audio(音頻的) course. You can go over these classes in your spare time and learn quite a bit. Buy an audio course and listen to it in the car or while working, if possible. The higher the quality of the course, the quicker you'll learn.

    Practice speaking English with other people, especially with native English speakers. And make sure they are willing to help you learn English by having simple conversations with you. You will probably be surprised at how quickly you can start having a conversation in English.

     Pay attention to the dialogue and try to figure out what the actors are saying. Congratulate yourself when you are able to pick out certain words and phrases that you understand.

    Read newspapers, books and magazines that are printed in English. At first they maybe very difficult, but as your knowledge grows so will your understanding of written English.  It will help you a lot in learning to speak the language much faster.

    Schedule regular playmates.

    Start when your child is around one year of age, set aside a few times a week for playtime with partners. .Even so, you still might want to give your baby a chance observe and communicate with children who are at the same developmental level.

    Join a playgroup.

    Many communities have organized playgroups for young children.,and learn to feel comfortable in a new setting.As an added benefit, while your child plays, you can talk with other parents who have children the same age as your own.

    You can organize a playground in your own home.It may involve just one other child, or as many as three or four..Remember: safety first.

    Offer guidance when needed.

    If you see a child playing in a way that might hurt another, certainly you need to help her find a safer way to have fun..But remember that some children need to watch for a while before they feel comfortable joining in —encourage everyone to join the fun, but don't push.
