as we all know, we are what we eat.therefore, it is very important for us to form healthy eating habits. some of us often don't have breakfast, and the most like to eat snack. some are particular about food or eat too much. these are unhealthy eating habits.
the healthy eating habits suggest us eating different kinds of food, not the only one we like. and we should eat food at a right time.
in my opinion, we should obey the healthy eating habits to keep healthy. and it is the most important to eat the food that is helpful for our health.
