健康教育在神經(jīng)重癥患者護理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的探究神經(jīng)重癥患者護理期間采取健康教育的效果。方法選取2021年2月-2022年2月期間收治的48例神經(jīng)重癥患者。通過隨機數(shù)字表法分為參考組及實驗組，其中參考組給予常規(guī)護理，實驗組在上述基礎(chǔ)上采取健康教育，每組24例。對兩組干預(yù)后的效果進行評價。結(jié)果健康知識知曉率中實驗組顯高（P＜0.05）。治療依從性中實驗組顯高（P＜0.05）。生活質(zhì)量中實驗組顯高（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論在神經(jīng)重癥患者護理期間采取健康教育能夠?qū)颊叩慕】抵R掌握予以提升，提高其治療依從性，從而有助于促進其生活質(zhì)量改善。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheeffectivenessofhealtheducationduringthenursingperiodforcriticallyillpatientswithneurologicaldisorders.Methods48patientswithneurologicalcriticalillnesswereselectedfromFebruary2021toFebruary2022.Dividedintoareferencegroupandanexperimentalgroupusingarandomnumbertablemethod,withthereferencegroupreceivingroutinecareandtheexperimentalgroupreceivinghealtheducationbasedontheabove.Thereare24casesineachgroup.Evaluatetheeffectivenessofthetwointerventiongroupsafterintervention.ResultsTheawarenessrateofhealthknowledgewassignificantlyhigherintheexperimentalgroup(P0.05).Thetreatmentcomplianceintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlyhigher(P0.05).Thequalityoflifewassignificantlyhigherintheexperimentalgroup(P0.05).ConclusionAdoptinghealtheducationduringthenursingperiodofcriticallyillpatientswithneurologicaldisorderscanenhancetheirmasteryofhealthknowledge,improvetheirtreatmentcompliance,andthushelppromotetheimprovementoftheirqualityoflife.

神經(jīng)重癥患者的病情復(fù)雜且多變，若不能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)較輕微顱腦損傷，則患者可能隨疾病改變出現(xiàn)嚴重情況。

若對重癥顱腦損傷病人進行準確觀察，妥善治療和精心護理，有可能使患者康復(fù)得更加徹底[1-3]。但由于多數(shù)患者對自己的病情和相關(guān)知識掌握不足，以致其治療依從性較差，影響了治療效果，不利于其病情康復(fù)[4-5]。

為此選取2021年2月-2022年2月期間收治的48例神經(jīng)重癥患者。探究神經(jīng)重癥患
