近日，根據(jù)一項(xiàng)針對中國兒科醫(yī)生的深入研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，中國兒科醫(yī)生認(rèn)為食品安全是嬰兒營養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵因素。這項(xiàng)研究由意大利高端乳制品公司Granlatte-Granarolo發(fā)起并由歐盟協(xié)辦，是其進(jìn)行“乳制品——?dú)W洲優(yōu)質(zhì)乳制品”系列推廣活動(dòng)的重要項(xiàng)目之一。
北京、杭州和重慶的8名兒科醫(yī)生參加了這項(xiàng)研究，研究旨在更好地了解中國專家對嬰兒配方奶粉的看法。參與研究的醫(yī)生均嚴(yán)格遵照由中國營養(yǎng)學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)布、中國衛(wèi)計(jì)委修訂的《嬰兒喂養(yǎng)指南》。
上述指南分別針對0-6個(gè)月和7-24個(gè)月兩個(gè)年齡段進(jìn)行分類。在指南中指出，對于無法進(jìn)行母乳喂養(yǎng)的家長，建議為孩子選用嬰兒配方奶粉，而對于新生兒則需選用特定的嬰兒配方奶粉。指南中提到，針對7-24個(gè)月大的嬰兒，需要促進(jìn)補(bǔ)充喂養(yǎng)，并特別注意食品衛(wèi)生和食品安全。
大多數(shù)專家認(rèn)為食品安全是嬰兒營養(yǎng)的重要因素，建議遵循《中國營養(yǎng)指南》中的指導(dǎo)并選用有食品安全認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品。研究表明，中國專家對食品安全的問題非常關(guān)注，這給尚未意識到該問題的中國父母敲響警鐘。

Chinese pediatricians remark the importance of food safety for infant nutrition
As a part of the “Milk&Dairy-The European Dairy Quality” promotional campaign, co-funded by the European Union and carried out by Granlatte-Granarolo, the top Italian dairy company, it has been carried out a research to study in depth the Scientific position of Chinese Pediatricians.
Eight pediatricians located in Beijing, Hangzhou and Chongqing were involved in this study, whose objective was to understand better the perception of the Chinese experts about Infant Formula.
Pediatricians have declared to follow the “Breastfeeding guideline for infants and young children”, issued by the National Health of Commission and revised by the Chinese nutrition Society.
In those guidelines, divided in two ranges (0-6 months and 7-24 months age), it′s recommended to use infant formulas when breastfeeding is not possible and specific infant formulas for new born. From the age of 7 to 24 months, guidelines remark to promote complementary feeding and to pay special attention for food hygiene and food safety.
Regarding to food safety, most of the experts consider it as an important matter in infant nutrition and recommend, to follow the indications given in the Chinese nutrition guidelines and to use products with food safety certifications. According to the research, Chinese experts are very concerned regarding to this issue and are warning the Chinese parents who are not yet aware of the problem.
More over the pediatricians recognize the quality of products from Italy, Australia or New Zealand. In particular those products have better quality, food safety profile, taste, palatability, color, odor, formula and milk source.
Regarding the formulation of liquid baby milk, the experts have mentioned “convenience and insusceptible to contamination” as the main advantages. Liquid milk is submitted to special UHT heat treatment, so the milk preservers the quality of the nutritional components. In terms of convenience, it is ready to feed and it doesn’t require mixing with water and heating. On the other hand, the sterile packaging ensures protection of the formula before opening and the single dosage can be throwed away.
