三、研究方向:天然產(chǎn)物化學及天然化合物的生物合成

1、古菌膜脂與植物萜類的合成生物學研究

致力于利用合成生物學技術(shù),通過在大腸桿菌和釀酒酵母等異源宿主中表達相關(guān)基因,研究海洋來源的古菌以及植物來源的萜類化合物的生物合成機制。同時,通過代謝工程策略優(yōu)化相關(guān)生物合成途徑,提高具有重要經(jīng)濟價值萜類化合物的產(chǎn)量。

2、活性天然產(chǎn)物的圖譜技術(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)研究

應(yīng)用高分辨活性圖譜技術(shù)探究活性天然產(chǎn)物(植物與微生物來源),以及分離、純化與天然產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定的相關(guān)技術(shù)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用。
