大健康視域下公眾食品營養(yǎng)問題及改善策略

摘 要：在當(dāng)代背景下，公眾對(duì)食品營養(yǎng)與食品安全越來越關(guān)注，而食品營養(yǎng)不良與消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品選擇、個(gè)人飲食習(xí)慣等密切相關(guān)。本文詳細(xì)分析了公眾食品營養(yǎng)問題的根本原因，并從教育、政策、技術(shù)和社會(huì)參與等多方面提出了改善策略，以期提高公眾的食品營養(yǎng)意識(shí)，改善飲食行為。

Public Food Nutrition Issues and Improvement Strategies in the Perspective of Greater Health

Abstract： In the contemporary context， the public is increasingly concerned about food nutrition and food safety， and issues such as food malnutrition and food safety are closely related to consumers’ food choices and personal dietary habits. This article provides a detailed analysis of the root causes of public food nutrition issues and proposes improvement strategies from various aspects such as education， policies， technology， and social participation， in order to raise public awareness of food nutrition and improve dietary behavior.
