有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展

摘要: 從國(guó)內(nèi)外有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)研究與生產(chǎn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r出發(fā),闡述了我國(guó)綠色食品研究的目標(biāo)、生產(chǎn)中堅(jiān)持的原則;結(jié)合國(guó)外有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)和可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)的爭(zhēng)論,論證了“替代農(nóng)業(yè)”的理論和實(shí)踐意義.與常規(guī)農(nóng)業(yè)高強(qiáng)度農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方法相比,有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式能夠培肥土壤,對(duì)環(huán)境的影響很小.有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)為代表的“替代農(nóng)業(yè)”的研究與實(shí)踐已近一個(gè)世紀(jì),我國(guó)的綠色食品事業(yè)的發(fā)展已歷時(shí)十幾年.討論有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)“環(huán)境友好”和對(duì)人體健康為主要宗旨的食品生產(chǎn)方式,以及維持農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)性問(wèn)題,對(duì)我國(guó)綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有積極的指導(dǎo)作用.

Abstract: Basing on the research and practice of organic agriculture at home and abroad,this paper discussed the objectives of developing green food and the principles that must be persisted in the practice in China.In the light of the arguments concerning with sustainable agriculture,we also discussed the significance of “alternative agriculture" in theory and practice.Compared with conventional high-intensity agriculture,the production approaches of organic alternatives can improve soil fertility and have fewer detrimental effects on the environment.It is unclear whether conventional agriculture can be sustained because of the shortcomings presented in this paper,and it has taken scientists approximately one century to research and practice organic farming as a representative of alternative agriculture.The development of green food in China has only gone through more than ten years,and there would be some practical and theoretical effects on the development of China's green food if we exploit an environment-friendly production pattern of organic agriculture which majors in keeping human health and maintaining sustainable agriculture.
