Nowadays people pay more attention to health. In my opinion we can keep healthy if wehave good living habits. Here are some suggestions to keep healthy habits. First, We can go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning so that we can get enough sleep. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second, We should have healthy eating habits. we must have right kinds of food such asrice, noodles, fruit, vegetables,milk and eggs. We should eat less friedchicken or chocolates. We should drink water instead of sprit or cola. Third, we should do more exercises to keep fit. Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.
