摘要

摘要:雖然"美"與"健康"沒有嚴(yán)格的邏輯關(guān)系，但對(duì)美的意識(shí)、追求可以提升人的身心健康和社會(huì)安寧，有助于促進(jìn)和實(shí)施世界衛(wèi)生組織提出的積極健康概念。人類的健康是追求軀體美的一種體現(xiàn)，但軀體美是以健康為前提和基礎(chǔ)的，任何以損壞身體健康的對(duì)外表軀體美的追求方式，都是本末倒置的。人的心靈美會(huì)通過人的氣質(zhì)反映在軀體美之中；行為美的追求，可以營造良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境，舒適優(yōu)美的環(huán)境有利于人的身心健康；對(duì)社會(huì)和諧美的追求，可以弘揚(yáng)中華文化的和諧精神，促進(jìn)人的全面和諧發(fā)展，促進(jìn)人與自然的和諧發(fā)展。

Abstract:Although there is no stringent logical relation between the concepts of beauty and health, the consciousness and pursuit of beauty can advance human physical and mental wellness as well as the general wellbeing of society as community of human individuals. Esthetical studies bearing on human health can contribute to the implementation of the positive concept of health proposed by the World Health Organization. In particular, in pursuit of bodily beauty one must follow the necessary yardsticks of health in order to be genuinely beautiful, any pursuit of beauty in the form of damaging to the body is putting the cart before the horse, Man's heart beauty reflected in the body beauty. Behavioral beauty can help build a well-ordered societal environment which in turn assists in the advancement of individual health. Finally, the ideal of harmony advocated in traditional Chinese culture represents a substantive notion of societal beauty which should be promoted to advance a harmonious relation between man and nature.
