College students mental health education and network education works to meet the new situation of the information age is an important direction, it will stimulate and broaden the field of mental health education work, also provides a new form of psychological health education work and the development opportunity. Keywords：Mental Health Education Advising Center ASP.NET C#1.引言 在日新月異的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代，信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和廣泛、深入地應(yīng)用，推動(dòng)了各行各業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，帶來了新技術(shù)革命的蓬勃發(fā)展，也向教育提出了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，推動(dòng)著一次新的教育革命。 隨著社會(huì)開放程度的加大、生存競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的增大、文化和價(jià)值取向的多元化，處于特殊時(shí)期的大學(xué)生不可避免地受到來自各個(gè)方面的沖擊，心理健康問題呈上升趨勢(shì)。因此，大學(xué)生心理健康教育問題迫在眉睫。現(xiàn)階段，心理咨詢被越來越多的大學(xué)生所承受和接受，越來越多的院校開設(shè)設(shè)置心理咨詢室和心理咨詢中心。但居于現(xiàn)狀分析，大學(xué)生心理健康教育信息資源的獲取，還是不夠方便快捷，交流的空間也有所局限。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲取大學(xué)生心理健康教育資源和交流，但信息集中度不夠，功能也不強(qiáng)大，自動(dòng)化程度不高，也不易于管理。 和傳統(tǒng)的心理咨
