My Personal Fitness Journey and Favourite Sports 我的健身之路與最愛的運動

For me, fitness is a way of life. My favourite sports include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, calisthenics, swimming, snowboarding, and hiking. Each of these activities challenges my body in different ways—Jiu-Jitsu sharpens my mental and physical agility, calisthenics builds strength using my own body weight, swimming improves endurance, snowboarding tests my balance and control, and hiking reconnects me with nature while enhancing my stamina. These sports not only keep me fit but also improve my ability to handle stress, think strategically, and push through discomfort.
