雅思寫作滿分范文之健康飲食

A balanced diet, or eating balanced meals, is the key to a healthy life. Towhat extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for youranswer.

Although a balanced diet is important, there are other factors thatcontribute to a healthy life. People in some cultures do not eat a balanceddiet, but use limited food sources. In addition, lack of stress could well be asimportant as diet.

One culture-related reason concerns environmental or climatic conditions.The Inuit, in the Arctic Circle, live in harsh surroundings and their majorsource of food for many months of the year is fish. Nutritionists inindustrialized countries would not consider their diet balanced or even healthy,yet Inuit people have flourished in food from the sea for centuries. Anothercultural reason is religion-based. Many Hindus are vegetarians because of theirreligion. Again, many dieticians claim that vegetarianism is unbalanced becausehumans need protein, especially from animals. Hindus, however, seem to be quitehealthy, suffering no ill effects from the lack of animal protein.

The major reason for disagreeing with the balanced diet argument, however,is to do with stress. Even though people in the past did not always have abalanced diet, something existing only on potatoes and bread, they lived healthylives because there afflicts urban residents today. Secondly, there is a largepercentage of contemporary people who do their jobs, then relax in front of theTV, and quite often eat junk food. But seem healthy enough. They may be spareddisease by their relatively stress-free lives.

In conclusion, although it is undeniable that a balanced diet is of someimportance to health, there are no doubt more factors that may get involved inaffecting people’s health in terms of living environment, climate and stress inthem.

健康的飲食不一定有健康的身體,但不健康的飲

食很容易導(dǎo)致不健康的身體。所謂“人是鐵、飯是鋼、

病從口入”,這就是強(qiáng)調(diào)飲食的重要性。世界營養(yǎng)組織闡述了20世紀(jì)的健康的四大基石

即:“合理膳食、適量運(yùn)動、心理平衡、戒煙限酒”。亦是以合理飲食為首,既然對于每個人的身體健康如此之重要。那么,我們每個人都應(yīng)該保持良好的飲食習(xí)慣,每天必須攝入一定量的水、蛋白質(zhì)、碳水化合物、維生素c、纖維等各種人體所需的營養(yǎng)成分。 每個人的生活習(xí)慣不同,對我個人而言,我每天

保持一日三餐,下午適量加點(diǎn)水果,小點(diǎn)心等以補(bǔ)充消耗能量,有時間的話,盡量多安排戶外活動,如:打羽毛球、跳繩、散步等。

坊間傳說:早上要像皇帝一樣吃?!芭D?、雞蛋、面包、小米粥、水果”等,須包含各種營養(yǎng)成分的食物。中午要像普通老百姓一樣吃?!棒~、蝦、豬、牛、羊肉和雞鴨肉,加時令蔬菜、湯、米飯”均可。 晚上像乞丐一樣吃,此說法我理解為吃得少,但營養(yǎng)要平衡少食多餐,還需適量運(yùn)動,保持良好的心態(tài),豁達(dá)開朗、寬宏大量,才能保持健康的體魄。

吃反映人的品格。

吃造就你身體健康或疾病。吃得不得法,會讓你上吐下瀉。不暴飲暴食、不過量飲食,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣,良好的飲食習(xí)慣,對于健康的生活在當(dāng)下很重要,才能健康成長,達(dá)到身心健康,延年益壽。

合理膳食,健康生活。萬歲!萬歲!萬萬歲!
